Polices and Procedures

At Alex Cher Beauty, every appointment is carefully scheduled and prepared just for you. These policies allow us to provide consistent, high-quality service while respecting the time of both our clients and our artists.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

Appointments & Booking

• A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.
• 1st appointments must be booked online through Vagaro.
• Please ensure your contact information is accurate so you receive appointment confirmations and reminders.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations or reschedules.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service total.
• Multiple late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

This policy is in place because last-minute changes prevent us from offering that time to another client.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time to ensure we can provide your full service.
• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or be required to reschedule.
• Late arrivals are still subject to the full service charge.

Final Sale on Services

All services are final sale.

Due to the customized nature of our work and the time reserved for each appointment, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once a service has been performed — even if you decide you do not love the result.

If you have a concern, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we may review and determine if an adjustment is appropriate.

Final Sale on Products

All retail product purchases are final sale.

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products, whether opened or unopened. Please ask your artist for product recommendations before purchasing.

Guests & Children

Guests and children are welcome; however, our waiting room is very small. Seating and space are limited, and we appreciate your understanding.

Children must be supervised at all times for safety and to maintain a relaxing environment for all guests.

Payments

We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
Venmo and Zelle are our preferred forms of payment.
Cash tips are always appreciated and go directly to your service provider.

Prices are subject to change at any time.

Health, Skin & Safety

Clients must disclose all relevant information including:
• Use of retinol, tretinoin, Accutane, or exfoliating products
• Recent chemical peels, laser treatments, or cosmetic procedures
• Pregnancy, allergies, or medical conditions affecting the skin

Failure to disclose may result in irritation, skin lifting, or the inability to safely perform a service. In these cases, the appointment will remain final sale.

Right to Refuse Service

Alex Cher Beauty reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
• The skin is not safe to treat
• Policies are not followed
• Behavior is inappropriate or disruptive

In all cases, time reserved and services performed remain final sale.
